All Te Anau Lakeview Kiwi Holiday Park Buildings & Rooms are No Smoking areas. Please dispose of any Butts thoughtfully, rubbish bins are provided in all areas.

Booking Policy
At time of reserving your room with Te Anau Lakeview Kiwi Holiday Park, the first night's accommodation will be debited to confirm your accommodation with us. The remaining balance is due upon check in.
Cancellation Policy:
A reservation is confirmed when one night's accommodation, agent payment, address for service or credit card details confirm your intention to stay. Full payment is required upon arrival - sites, rooms and facilities are not to be occupied until you have registered at the reception.
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before arrival, full refund less admin fee of 10%. Cancellations made within 24 hours of arrival, no refund - 1 night's accommodation minimum will be charged.
In the case of a "no show" by reception closing one nights accommodation will be charged to credit card details and keys with directions to your room shall be left on the reception door for you. If you have not arrived by following morning any further nights will be cancelled. No refund as room held for you.
Unforeseen circumstances may be taken into consideration.
Activity Bookings
Activity requests are subject to availability - if you would like to reserve a tour or activity in the area Te Anau Lakeview Kiwi Holiday Park are able to reserve local tours on your behalf - to make a reservation we require full payment from your nominated credit card at the time of booking; we would then issue tickets which will be available for collection upon arrival Te Anau. We will email you within 24 hrs to confirm your activity request.
Activity Cancellations
Once an activity has been booked - the terms of cancellation are at the discretion of the tour operator. Most have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Noise and Disturbance
No noise will be tolerated after 11pm

Request payment of a security bond by individuals or a group
Refuse entry to individuals or a group
Remove individuals or a group without refund
Request payment to fix, clean, or replace damaged, spoilt or destroyed property
Card Phones:
Two Card Phones are opposite the Main Reception.
Laundries:
We have four areas where Laundries are located.
Cold wash, regular cycle washing machines operate with one $2 Coin
Hot wash or selectable cycle machines are located at West Arm Lodge and are $3 to Operate (1 $1 & 1 $2).
Dryers require a $2 to operate.
A Drying room is available at West Arm Lodge.
Hand washing facilities & clotheslines are available.
What Do I need coins to Operate?
Internet computers, washing machines. Showers are included in camping fees.
Internet:
Wireless Internet aerials cover most of the Holiday Park Grounds with strongest reception in the SKY TV Lounge and Luxmore amenity area.

IAC Terminals and Wireless is also available through our Holiday Park
Televisions:
There are televisions in the Luxmore Dining Rooms; Steamers Beach and West Arm Lodge Lounges; and dedicated Sky TV & Internet lounge opposite main reception.
Channels 1,2,3, 4 on all Televisions. In selected Lounges & where Sky TV is advised channels include. Sky Sport, CNN, Discovery Channel & Sky Movies.
Pets:
All pets including birds, rats, mice, cats and dogs are not welcome inside any of the buildings or areas owned by the Lakeview Holiday Park, this is to ensure a hygienic healthy environment for all guests who use our facilities.
Management reserves the right to require guests to leave if they bring their pets.
